By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following Commission Terms of Service. These terms outline how the commission process works, what rights you receive, and what I, as the artist, provide.

1. General

• These terms apply to all commissioned artwork and custom design services provided by me, SabrinaMrtn.

• By placing an order, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.

• These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to ongoing commissions.

2. Process & Communication

• All commissions are created in my personal art style.

• Clear references and a written description are required before I begin.

• I will confirm your request and provide an estimated timeline before starting.

• Communication will be conducted via [preferred platforms: Email, Discord, Instagram DMs, etc.].

3. Revisions

• You will receive a sketch or rough concept for approval.

• Two (2) free minor revisions are included during the sketch phase.

• Further changes or major alterations may incur an additional fee.

• No major changes will be accepted once the rendering process begins.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.

• Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of the commission.

• Payment is accepted via [PayPal / Stripe / Bank Transfer / etc.].

• Commissions will not begin until payment is received.

5. Turnaround & Deadlines

• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and workload, typically within [4-12 weeks].

• Rush orders (delivery within 1-3 days) are possible for an additional fee (usually double the base price).

• I will notify you of any delays or schedule changes as early as possible.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your commission before I begin work for a full refund, typically within 24 hours after purchase.

• Once work has started, refunds are no longer available unless I am unable to complete the project.

• If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress.

7. Usage Rights

As the artist, I retain full copyright of the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed.

Personal Use:

• You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, Twitch, Discord, prints for yourself).

• You may not remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own.

Commercial Use:

• Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, monetized streaming, business branding) requires a separate commercial license, which must be discussed and paid for in advance.

• Commercial rights are typically x3 the base commission price.

8. Client Conduct

• Please communicate respectfully. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions in case of inappropriate behavior or unrealistic demands.

• I do not accept commissions involving hateful, abusive, or explicit content.

9. Final Delivery

• Final files are delivered digitally in [formats such as PNG, JPG, PSD, etc.].

• The resolution and dimensions will be discussed at the start of the project.

• No physical goods will be shipped unless specifically agreed upon.

10. Rights of Withdrawal (EU Clients)

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the 14-day withdrawal right for digital custom content is forfeited once execution of the commission has begun with your express consent. By commissioning me, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once I begin work.
