Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with the German Civil Code (§§ 355 ff. BGB) and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of non-custom, non-digital goods within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear written statement (e.g., via email). You may use the standard withdrawal form (provided below), but it is not required.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order within the withdrawal period, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day I receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
If the goods have already been shipped, you are responsible for returning them promptly and in good condition. You will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., commissioned artwork, customized products)
Digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once the download or delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right
Services that have already been fully performed, with your prior express consent
By purchasing any personalized or digital item, you agree that production or digital delivery may begin immediately and that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once work has started.
4. Cancellations (Before Work Begins)
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if no work has begun. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Products Only)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

7. International Orders
For international buyers, please note:
You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, if applicable.
Refunds and returns follow the same rules unless overridden by your country’s consumer protection laws.
